Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply when you use emoash.co.uk or place an order. Emoash is a trading name of Brenu Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17437432), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
1. About our products
We sell custom-made apparel, prints and keepsakes. All products are made to order by our fulfilment partners.
2. Orders & production
- Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email.
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production begins and orders can't be changed or cancelled.
- Please check size, address and any personalisation carefully before paying.
3. Prices & payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is made and you can cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. See our delivery information for costs and timings. Delivery times are estimates; we're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
5. Returns & refunds
Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. We'll replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty or misprinted if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Product appearance
Colours may vary slightly between screens, and print placement may vary slightly due to the printing process. These small variations are not defects.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, text, graphics and images on this site belong to Emoash. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
