Emoash (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Brenu Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 17437432), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through emoash.co.uk.
This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase or contact us.

- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
- Order data: products purchased and order history
- Communications: emails or messages you send us
- Device & usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited
2. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract: to take payment for, make and deliver your order
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting and regulatory records
- Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, customer support and improving our website
- Consent: marketing emails and any optional cookies
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing
- Printful — printing, packing and delivery of your order
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security
- Delivery carriers, and authorities where the law requires it
We never sell your personal information.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses are in place.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years to meet UK tax requirements, and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

7. Children
Our website is intended for adults buying for their families. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
8. Cookies
We only use essential browser storage needed for the site to work — for example, remembering what's in your basket. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we'll ask for your consent first.
